Let’s Stuff a Bus to help fight hunger! Join Westchester County’s SMART Commute Program, Feeding Westchester and Stop & Shop by participating in the 5th Annual Bee-Line Stuff a Bus Food Drive.

A Bee-Line bus will be on site to accept non-perishable food donations on Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21, between 10 am – 4 pm at the Yonkers Stop and Shop at Cross County Shopping Center. Donations will also be accepted at all Westchester Stop & Shop locations with donation bins at the front of each store between October 13- October 21. Help us give back to our community ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Tonight, on Friday, October 20, at the Community Center ( 95 Broadway Ossining NY 105652), there's a special Halloween night out for Special Needs Kids.

 

Join the book launch of 'Pass the Baby' by award-winning author Susanna Reich at Hudson Valley Books for Humanity on Saturday, October 21, at 4 PM, with books available for purchase and signing.

WCT's Fall Fundraiser takes place at the Harbor Square Clubhouse, 1 Harbor Square Ossining, on Saturday, October 21, at 5:30 PM.

Enjoy music with the Animal Afterlife Trio on Saturday, October 21, at 7:30 PM at the Hudson Valley Books for Humanity.

 

Mark your calendar for the 2nd Annual Brewery Bike Tour on October 21.

NFL SUNDAYS happen every Sunday at the Sing Sing Kill Brewery from 1 PM until closing.

The Sketchbook Art Show takes place on Monday, October 23, at the Hudson Valley Books for Humanity from 5 PM to 7:30 PM.

Ossining Networking Events Fall Calendar

The Hudson Valley Books for Humanity is hosting a book launch event featuring Sean Harvey’s 'Warrior Compassion' on Sunday, October 29, from 4 PM to 5:30 PM.

Ossining Recreation and Parks is hosting the annual Trunk or Treat on October 31st, from 6 PM to 8 PM.

The film screening of "Attica" will be held on November 2nd at 6 PM at the Budarz Theater. Please register on their website or scan the QR code to attend.

 

The Sing Sing Prison Museum will host a fundraising event on November 2nd at the Ossining Public Library, starting at 5:30 PM.

The Hudson Valley Books for Humanity will have a Debut Novelist Elise Hart Kipness  on Saturday November 4 from 7-8:15 PM 

The 2023 Campwoods Holiday Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, November 11th, from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday, November 12th, from 11 AM to 4 PM

The Bethany Arts Community Center is hosting a Bronze Metal Clay Jewelry workshop with Barbara Kirby on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, starting September 23rd.

There is a free Parkinson's dance class every Tuesday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, from September 12th to December 19th, at the Bethany Arts Community Center.

Experimental Drawing with Peter Leeds, 7 sessions, Tuesdays, September 12 - October 24, 6-7:30 PM at Bethany Arts Center.

The Old Mill Singers are looking for people to join them; all levels are welcomed. Rehearsals will be held every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at St. Paul's on the Hill.

 

The Golden Door Support Program is a free mental health support program for all New York state residents that aims to help achieve stability for you and your family, regardless of immigration status. The program will start on August 17, 2023, and will be held every Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM via the Microsoft Teams platform.
