Mid-Hudson Region Enters Phase Four Reopening
Governor Cuomo has announced that the Mid-Hudson region – which includes Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties – is set to begin Phase Four reopening today, Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
Phase Four brings the addition of higher education, low-risk outdoor arts & entertainment, low-risk indoor arts & entertainment, media production, and professional sports competitions with no fans – all of which must operate in accordance with the guidelines established by the State.
