(Kimley-Horn or KH) has completed its review of the traffic and transportation portions of the Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement (SFEIS), dated December 2022 for the proposed River Knoll residential development to be located on the former Stony Lodge Hospital site at 40 Croton Dam Road in the Town of Ossining.
