Community Helping Hands
Community Helping Hands is a non-profit, Aging in Place Organization.
CHH was formed to assist older adults who choose to stay in their own homes as they age.
We are looking for volunteer fundraisers, administrators, event planners and drivers. Whether you have an hour to spare or can devote more time, we have an opportunity for you.

Internships Available in Town of Ossining
High School and College Students Encouraged to Apply
The Town of Ossining is currently accepting applications from high school and college students for after school and summer internships. Students chosen for the internships will work in the Supervisor’s office and in various other Town offices. Students will gain office skills, writing experience, and project management knowledge, and will meet and work directly with municipal leaders. The timing of internships can be tailored to other academic or work obligations. Internships are unpaid positions.
Internships give students valuable work experience and the satisfaction of serving their home community. Internships are also an excellent way to learn in a real-life setting, and to explore possible interests for future career or academic choices. Any student interested in government or management are encouraged to apply.
