Happy Friday

A message from our Receiver of Taxes:

The 2023 Town and County tax bills have been mailed and are available online for payment https://www.townofossining.com/cms/departments/receiver-of-taxes/tax-bill-online-payment

Bills are only mailed to those that pay their taxes directly vs. through an escrow account with a lender. The bills being mailed directly should arrive at your homes in the next few days. Please look out for the bill and call us if you do not receive it by the end of this week. Consistent with NYS Real property tax law/Westchester County Tax Act, taxes are due by April 30, 2023 BUT because April 30th is on a Sunday, you can pay without penalty through May 1st, 2023.
