NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing of the Town of Ossining Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Ossining Operations Center, 101 Route 9A, Ossining, New York, at which time all persons interested will be heard upon an application by Ralph Martinelli, 7 Roosa Lane, Ossining, New York, for consideration of a 2-Lot Subdivision in accordance with Chapter 176 of the Code of the Town of Ossining.
The property under consideration for Subdivision is located at 1 Roosa Lane, Ossining, NY within the unincorporated area of the own of Ossining on the northeast corner of Roosa Lane and Hawkes Avenue within the R-15 One Family Residence District and constitutes lands described on the Tax Map of the Town of Ossining as Section 89.08, Block 1, Lot 38.1.
A copy of the proposed subdivision map, titled "Proposed Subdivision Plan, Lot 1, Hawkes Hill", prepared by Gregory J. McWilliams, A.I.A. Architect, 3 Shady Lane Farm Road, Ossining, NY is on file at the Town of Ossining Building Department, 101 Route 9A, Ossining, New York, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
