The Building Department Schedule of Fees is listed below.
Certificate of Occupancy:
Where the total value of the building is: Fee
Less than $10,000 $20.00
  Greater than $10,000 but less than $20,000 $30.00
  Greater than $20,000 but less than $50,000 $40.00
  Greater than $50,000 but less than $100,000 $50.00
  Greater than $100,000 but less than $150,000 $60.00
  Greater than $150,000 $70.00
Building Permit:
Where the total valuation of the work is: Fee
Up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) $20.00
  For each additional one thousand dollars ($1,000) or fraction thereof, up to and including fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) $10.00
  For each additional one thousand dollars ($1,000) or fraction thereof, up to and including fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) $6.00
  For each additional one thousand dollars ($1,000) or fraction thereof exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) $4.00
For renewal of a Building Permit: $10.00
Electrical Permit:
Where the total valuation of the work is: Fee
$1,000 or less $25.00
  For each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof $2.00
Plumber's Permit:
House Sewer Tie-in $10.00
Installation 1-3 fixtures, appliances or standpipe connections $25.00
Each fixture over the above three $5.00
Replacement of any hot water heater, gas, electric or oil burning unit $10.00
Demolition Permit:
For structure less than 1000 square feet $50.00
For structure over 1000 square feet $200.00
Other:
Erecting of signs $25.00
Copies of Certificates of Occupancy in connection with title searches $10.00
Inspection and Letter in Lieu of Certificate of Occupancy $50.00
